04 JULY 2024, THURSDAY, MDKT: An Engagement Session was held with a delegation from the Johor Public Complaints Bureau led by Tuan Clement Wong Chen Siong, Director of the Johor Public Complaints Bureau to discuss and improve the MDKT public complaint management system. Also present with Encik Mohamad Norashid bin Amir, MDKT Secretary and representatives of the MDKT executive department.
